Like the cool kids at school, 32Red seem to have everything going for them: over 500 casino games, plus live casino, poker, bingo, and sports betting. They have a great looking brand and website, plus a long history of sponsoring famous football clubs like Aston Villa and Leeds United. They even get the girls: British model Patsy Kensit is the dealer voice in many of their games. But unlike the cool kids at school (and unlike a LOT of other big gaming brands) 32Red do not seem to take their popularity for granted. Don’t believe us? Take a look at the 32Red welcome bonus offer – you’ll be surprised how generous it is.
The 32Red Welcome Bonus
Instead of waiting for you to make a deposit before letting you play, 32Red offer all new players a £10 no deposit bonus just for signing up. No deposit bonuses are very popular with players, of course. And while 32Red are not the only casino with a £10 no deposit bonus on the market, the terms and conditions for this offer are relatively player-friendly (see below). So far so good.
32Red also have a quirky, but attractive first deposit bonus: for every £10 cash you deposit they will give you £32 in bonus funds up to £160. To put this in more conventional terms, this is a 320% matching deposit bonus for the first £50 of your first deposit (bizarrely, the bonus only kicks in a multiples of £10, so both a £10 and £15 deposit will get you £32 in bonus funds; a £20 deposit will net you £64 extra).
Just to recap, £10 no deposit bonus on sign-up, plus a 320% first deposit bonus up to £160. Pretty impressive so far, but will the good vibes survive our peek under the bonnet at the terms and conditions?
The Fine Print
In a nutshell, yes.
The £10 no deposit bonus has perhaps the least restrictive terms and conditions of any no deposit bonus we’ve ever encountered. The wagering requirement for the £10 no deposit bonus is 50x – almost half the 99x most no deposit bonus funds attract.
And, instead of capping your winnings at £50 as most casinos do, 32Red will let you keep up to £100 of your winnings from your £10 no deposit bonus once you meet your wagering requirement (which, by the way, needs to be done within seven days).
We’re impressed. Seriously.
For the deposit bonus, the wagering requirement is 40x, which is slightly higher than the 35x that can be found elsewhere, but not hugely. There is a maximum bet cap of £6.25, which is not bad, and both the no deposit and first deposit bonus have restrictions about some games counting much less than 100% towards your wagering requirement (but like most casinos, most slot games count fully).
There are only two rules that might possibly catch the unaware player out, and these are relatively minor. If you breach the £6.25 bet limit while working towards your 40x wagering requirement, the 40x wagering requirement is reset and you have to start over (fair enough). The other is that if you take up this bonus offer you are ineligible from accepting a welcome bonus from other 32Red-owned casinos without a express invitation. These include Dash Casino, Nedplay and Golden Lounge.
We won’t name any names, but we wish the other bigger casino brands would take a page out of 32Red‘s book and put together more attractive welcome bonus offers. Yes, yes, the bigger gambling sites offer a HUGE amount of entertaining options, and there’s no doubting these attract new customers every day, 32Red have gone a step farther and we applaud them.
