A casino fronted by a red and blue bulldog?! Plus a fantastic no deposit welcome bonus?! How could we at Bonus Bulldog not totally love the BetUK welcome bonus offer?!
BetUK and Bonus Bulldog are not related websites – we promise. This review is just as impartial as any others you’ll find on the site. But we immediately noticed that BetUK have superb taste when it comes to branding their site. Don’t you agree
The BetUK Welcome Bonus
BetUK open this welcome bonus on the front foot with some agressive play: a free £10 no deposit bonus. This is top notch stuff – it gives players the chance to try out BetUK for free, and unlike free spin offers, players get the freedom to try the full range of casino activity.
This is followed by three ‘reload’ bonuses for a player’s second, third, and fourth deposits. Each reload bonus matches deposits 50% up to a total of £200 (to access these reload bonuses you’ll need bonus codes: R1 for the first reload bonus, R2 for the second reload bonus, and R3 for the third reload bonus).
Put it all together and you’ve got a strong offer: a free £10 no deposit bonus plus £750 (£150 + £200 +£200 + £200) in matching deposit bonuses.
The Fine Print
No deposit bonuses tend to have more restrictive terms and conditions, which is fair enough really. We’re talking about free money here. Saying that, the BetUK no deposit terms are as generous or more as anyone else’s.
To get this bonus you’ll need to be a new BetUK player, and register with a valid payment card (although no money will be deducted). The wagering requirement for the free £10 no deposit bonus is 99x. There is also a winnings cap, but a relatively high one at £50. There is a generous 30 day time limit to meet the wagering requirement.
You’ll need to deposit at least £10 to qualify for any of the deposit bonuses. Each has a 20x wagering requirement, but that is for the combined deposit and bonus amount so it is not as high as it seems at first. Still, for the first deposit bonus it equates to a 40x bonus-only wagering requirement which is still very reasonable. The first deposit bonus has a 30 day time limit, which is overall makes the first deposit bonus a very attractive one.
For the reload bonuses, which match at 50%, the 20x combined deposit and bonus wagering requirement equates to a 60x bonus-only wagering requirement. That is high but not astronomically high. More problematic is the time limit, which drops to 7 days for the reload bonuses. To meet a 60x wagering requirement in 7 days could be difficult for the average player if you maxed this one out (you’d need to turnover £12,000 in wagers in a week) so you may want to limit your exposure or skip these bonuses if you’re not a high roller.
The BetUK free £10 no deposit bonus is fantastic (they usually are) and the first deposit bonus is very solid. The reload bonuses are a bit too restrictive for our liking, but you don’t have to take these up to make signing up worth doing.
